At Cloud Island Vapour, we are committed to providing timely delivery for our customers. All orders placed before 4:00 p.m. (ET) Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day* We take pride in our quick and reliable service and have partnered with five shipping couriers to ensure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible.

*Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We provide free shipping Canada-wide for all orders that are above $50 before tax. To all parts of Canada, for orders less than $50, we charge a flat rate of $14.99 for shipping.

Packages ship through the most appropriate courier service available
depending on the order requirements.

Express shipping is available for an additional flat fee of $18.95 up to an order value of $250.

If you would like express shipping for an order above $250, email us after the order has been placed, and we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost.

We must prevent minors from accessing vaping products,
consequently, we require all customers to provide a government-issued photo I.D. to verify that they meet the age requirements in their province/territory.

We utilize two methods to verify age:

1. Email us a photo of your I.D.
2. Proof of majority signature provided by the shipping courier.

 

Once you have completed your order, please send us a photo of your ID by replying to the order confirmation email or forwarding it to:

*Note that if you fail to provide us with a photo of your I.D. within 2 hours of your order being confirmed, we will automatically ship your package with a Proof of Age signature provided by a shipping courier. Ignoring our request for your I.D. will not bypass age verification.

I.D requirements:

1. must be a valid government-issued photo I.D.

2. The date of birth on the I.D. must be of legal age to purchase vaping products in whichever province/territory the order is being shipped to.

3. The name on the I.D. must match the name on the order.

4. The address on the I.D. matches the address that the order is being shipped to.

To ensure your security, we request that you only send us a photo of the front of your I.D. For added protection, we recommend using your finger or an object to cover any sensitive information such as your driver's license number or health number, etc. This will help safeguard your data and give you peace of mind when sharing important information with us.

After we have verified your age we will take note of your date of birth, mark your customer account as verified, and permanently delete the email containing the photo of your I.D.

Once completed all future orders under your name will ship without a signature.

If you are not comfortable or are unable to send us a photo of your I.D. you can request that we send your package with a proof of age signature provided by a shipping courier.

While it's not mandatory, we highly recommend that you verify your identification with us directly. This allows us to provide you with affordable prices, and it also makes the delivery process more convenient for you. You won't have to sign for your package at the door or go to a post office for pickup, making it hassle-free and straightforward to order your vaping goods from us.
